Remember that your appointment is TIME SET ASIDE JUST FOR YOU!

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To respect the schedule and time of your therapist, and in our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, we require at least 24-hours notice when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a therapeutic appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please remember there is a 50% charge if you cancel with less than 24-hours notice. This fee may be waived per individual circumstance at the discretion of your therapist – only if it's an emergency cancellation due to car trouble, inclement weather, medical emergencies, or sickness.

Therapeutic massage can help improve circulation, concentration, and posture, increase joint flexibility, promote better sleep and faster healing of injured muscular tissue, reduce anxiety and blood pressure, release chronic muscular tension and pain, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress.

You will be given total privacy to undress to the level of your comfort in a comfortable, quiet room. You will have plenty of time to undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with the linen sheet and fluffy blanket.

It is recommended that you undress to your desired level of comfort. Some clients prefer to be completely undressed while others prefer to keep their undergarments on. This is completely up to you! You will be given complete privacy while undressing and dressing and be securely covered by a sheet and blanket during your therapeutic massage session. You will be properly draped and/or covered at all times! Only the area being worked on will be exposed.

It depends. Typically, therapeutic massage is not a one time fix, especially if you have an on-going issue or one that has been going on for some time. Most people find it difficult to remember to do self-care, especially if they are stressed out.

PROBLEM SPECIFIC: If you need some specific work done, a therapeutic massage every 2 to 4 weeks should help you make progress quickly.

REGULAR SELF-CARE: A therapeutic massage every 4 to 6 weeks should help keep yourself in optimal shape (along with a balanced diet and regular exercise).

CHRONIC CONDITIONS: If you want to make progress quickly, you might need a weekly session for a couple of months, depending on the issue.

I do not encourage tips.  My rates reflect what I feel my time is worth and I strive to make my services affordable.

Please note this flat rate practice is not standard for the massage therapy field, so if you go elsewhere make sure to inquire about their tipping expectations. is not required nor expected.

If you wish to show your appreciation, your tip will go into a Continuing Education fund to help pay for additional training and certifications, so you can be sure that you and other clients receive the best treatment possible.

If you are sick — have a fever, cold/flu, or a contagious skin infection, it is best to reschedule your therapeutic massage. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you feel you have come down with something! If you are sick and in the early and most contagious stage (first 48 to 72 hours) of a fever, cold/flu, or a contagious skin condition, please, do NOT come in. It is best to reschedule your therapeutic massage and remember that we require a 24-hour notice. We understand that sometimes illness comes unexpectedly, and you will not be charged any fees. We will gladly get you rescheduled as soon as we are able too.

If you are unsure, please call so we can discuss your condition and determine whether it's appropriate for you to receive a therapeutic massage.

If you are running late, please give me a courtesy call or send us a quick text message at (720)-722-0471. Out of respect for the clients scheduled after you, if you are late, you will only receive the amount remaining of your scheduled appointment including the time needed to fill out paperwork. You will be charged the full amount for the reserved time despite a shortened session time.

This includes being too late to perform the service or not showing up for the appointment. No shows will be charged the full amount of the session. If you have a gift certificate, it will be considered null and void. If you have a treatment package, that treatment will be deducted.

ECHO H2 Machine™ creates two types of water: hydrogen water and filtered water. The Echo H2 Machine™ creates hydrogen water by running two streams of water through the machine: one for harvesting hydrogen and the other for outputting the ready-to-drink hydrogen water. The water goes through electrolysis, giving the water a -400mV to -500mV ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential). An electrical potential in this range facilitates gut repair, stimulates healthy bacteria growth, and boosts immune function. Equipped with Synergy Resonance Technology™, the Echo H2 Machine™ allows you to add bio-frequencies to your water. Echo H2 Water™ contains one part per million of hydrogen, which is about double what is considered therapeutic.

There are a variety of active and passive therapeutic manual therapies that can be incorporated into your therapeutic massage session including, but not limited to,

Breathwork is the conscious control of breathing that has a therapeutic effect on a person's mental, emotional, or physical state.

Neuromuscular Therapy is a highly-specialized form of manual therapy that corrects pain and dysfunction by treating trigger points, muscle adhesions, and fascial (connective tissue) patterns

Raindrop Therapy is a method of using a combination of reflexology, aromatherapy, massage techniques, and essential oils to bring balance and well-being. It has been known to create balance and harmony in the body - physically, mentally, and emotionally, to increase the immune system, and relieve back issues.

Reflexology involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It's based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

Trigger Point Therapy is a method to manipulate the muscles, fascia, and connective tissues to relieve painful and/or tense (or "knotted") areas.

Zen Shiatsu combines traditional Chinese medicinal practices, modern massage therapy, and Eastern holistic healing philosophies by using manipulative techniques to adjust the body’s physical structure and balance its energy flow.

Your therapeutic session begins with a nice cup of warm tea or alkaline water while you complete a Confidential Intake form to collect medical history information and determine your goals for the session. We will discuss your goals for the session. Afterward, I will show you the treatment room, and will then exit the room while you disrobe to the level of your comfort. After a couple of minutes, I will knock on the door prior to coming in to make sure you are completely under the covers, and ready to start your therapeutic massage session.
